As a licensed Private Pilot (PPL) we are able to provide unique insight into aviation claims and also allow us to have some automatic rapport with the pilot involved in the incident. Further being familiar with the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS) as well as the Transport Canada Aeronautical Information Manual allows us to insure that procedures have been followed by the incident aircraft and pilot. Further, with numerous contacts throughout the industry including salvagers, Fixed Based Operators (FBO) and Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMO) we are able to analyze and adjust repair estimates.
