Lori Ryther (nee Claridge), B.A. CIP has 25 years of claims experience, specializing in the handling of complex Accident Benefits claims including catastrophic.
During her University years, Lori worked under a family member part-time which lead to a full-time career in insurance. Following employment with a reputable adjusting firm that became a large national firm (1991-2004), Lori moved to a smaller highly regarded family operation (2004-2008) which then lead to the founding of Claridge Insurance Adjusters Inc. in 2008.
Lori’s extensive expertise and handling of claims over a wide and varied industry has generated a successful track record. Her exceptional attention to detail and utmost professionalism makes her an industry leader.
Craig Ryther

Craig Ryther, CIP CRM CFEI ASD WRT has 10 years of experience handling a multitude of claims across all lines.
Craig worked in the automotive industry for 17 years prior to entering the insurance industry following the founding of Claridge Insurance Adjusters Inc. After completing his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in less than 2 years, Craig was able to successfully obtain his All Lines Adjuster’s Licence.
In addition to the above, Craig has also obtained his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) and Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI). Furthermore, Craig is also a Licensed Private Pilot and Certified Rescue Diver, along with other varied interests.
Craig has committed himself to continuing education in order to generate the leading edge claims experience. His designations provide legitimacy to claims handling and resolution.
